What was your career path like before joining the team, and what made you want to join Empower?
With a background in engineering, manufacturing, and quality control, I wanted to apply my skills to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Most people wouldn’t expect how hands-on the role is; balancing the big-picture vision with day-to-day operational details keeps things dynamic and requires adaptability across various aspects of the business.
What’s the most impactful thing you’ve learned in your time with Empower?
One of the most impactful lessons I’ve learned is the value of resilience and adaptability—staying committed to our mission while adjusting to challenges has been essential in driving meaningful progress.
What is your favorite part about working at Empower Pharmacy?
My favorite part is seeing the direct impact our work has on people’s lives. Knowing that what we do genuinely helps people live healthier, happier lives is incredibly rewarding.
What does patient care mean to you, and how do you contribute to that mission?
To me, patient care means putting people’s health, safety, and quality of life first.
It’s about delivering not just medications but trust, reliability, and compassion. I contribute by ensuring that every process and decision aligns with our commitment to quality, affordability, and accessibility, so patients receive the best possible care every time.
What is a proud moment or achievement you’ve had at Empower that has stayed with you?
Serving our first patient was unforgettable—it marked the start of our mission to make quality, affordable medication accessible and confirmed the purpose behind everything we set out to achieve.
