What was your career path like before joining the team, and what made you want to join Empower?
Going down hill fast. The rapid growth of the company, and getting to learn a different a role as a pharmacy tech.
What’s something about your job that most people wouldn’t expect?
Working from home as a pharmacy tech.
What’s the most impactful thing you’ve learned in your time with Empower?
True team work, and working for people that actually support you.
What is your favorite part about working at Empower Pharmacy?
Learning something new daily, and the support of my team & supervisors.
What does patient care mean to you, and how do you contribute to that mission?
Patient care means kindness, active listening & compassion, I contribute by trying to help the patient resolve whatever their problem is.
What is a proud moment or achievement you’ve had at Empower that has stayed with you?
Winning the most improved in the incident department, it has stayed with me because I strive daily to give my best to my incidents.
What are you looking forward to in your future at Empower Pharmacy?
Learning, and growing in the incident department, or possibly other departments.
