I work closely with leadership teams and employees to align organizational goals with HR strategies.
What was your career path like before joining the team, and what made you want to join Empower?
I was an HR consultant before joining Empower. I wanted to get back into having a more meaningful role where I could own processes and empower change.
What’s something about your job that most people wouldn’t expect?
My job relies very heavily on building connections and trust at all levels of the organization.
What’s the most impactful thing you’ve learned in your time with Empower?
In a short time at Empower, the most impactful thing I’ve learned in the role of Sterile Manufacturing Operators on our business.
What is your favorite part about working at Empower Pharmacy?
I love being a part of our mission to provide affordable medication to people.
What does patient care mean to you, and how do you contribute to that mission?
Patient care encompasses all services, and products that impact the recovery of a patient. My contribution towards patient care is encouraging a healthy and productive environment where Empower employees make high quality medication to care for patients.
What is a proud moment or achievement you’ve had at Empower that has stayed with you?
I’m proud of being part of a culture of continuous improvement where I played a key role in getting the highest performance feedback responses in a record-breaking production month.
