Position Summary:

The Field Account Executive - FL drives territory growth, provider adoption, and long-term revenue expansion by executing consultative sales strategies across Empower Pharmacy’s rapidly scaling 503A and 503B operations. This role owns market development, customer engagement, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination within a highly regulated healthcare environment where execution quality, responsiveness, and compliance directly influence business performance and patient access. Leveraging AI-enabled insights, forecasting, and engagement tools as force multipliers, the Field Account Executive accelerates decision-making, improves targeting precision, and increases sales productivity at scale. Success requires experienced talent capable of balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution, learning agility, and customer-centric problem solving while building trusted provider relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and consistently delivering measurable commercial outcomes aligned to Empower’s hyper-growth objectives across competitive markets, evolving provider networks, and complex operational environments.

Responsibilities:

Territory Growth

  • Pipeline Development: Develop and execute territory expansion strategies that increase provider adoption, strengthen market penetration, and accelerate revenue attainment across assigned regions. Utilize AI-enabled prospecting, segmentation, and forecasting tools to prioritize opportunities, improve conversion effectiveness, and identify emerging demand patterns while maintaining disciplined pipeline management, accurate CRM documentation, and consistent execution aligned to Empower’s commercial growth objectives.
  • Provider Engagement: Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and practice stakeholders through consultative selling, in-person meetings, and value-based solution discussions. Apply AI-supported customer intelligence and engagement analytics to tailor messaging, improve responsiveness, and strengthen provider retention while positioning Empower Pharmacy as a strategic partner delivering high-quality, affordable pharmaceutical care within regulated healthcare environments.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, competitive analysis, and targeted territory planning initiatives. Leverage AI-driven market insights and performance data to improve opportunity prioritization, accelerate outreach effectiveness, and uncover underserved provider segments while consistently advancing strategic growth initiatives that support market expansion, customer acquisition, and long-term commercial performance.

Commercial Execution

  • Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial engagement through negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion activities across assigned territories. Utilize AI-powered forecasting, workflow automation, and opportunity tracking tools to improve execution speed, enhance decision quality, and maintain consistent progress toward revenue objectives while ensuring disciplined follow-through, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Solution Delivery: Deliver compelling product education, business presentations, and consultative recommendations aligned to provider needs, patient outcomes, and operational priorities. Apply AI-assisted analytics and customer insights to refine communication strategies, improve presentation effectiveness, and support data-informed decision-making while reinforcing Empower Pharmacy’s differentiated value proposition, service quality, and commitment to compliant pharmaceutical care delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate pipeline activity, customer interactions, sales forecasts, and territory performance metrics within CRM platforms and reporting systems. Leverage AI-enabled reporting and trend analysis tools to improve forecasting accuracy, monitor commercial performance, and identify execution gaps while supporting informed decision-making, operational accountability, and continuous sales process optimization across assigned accounts.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Operational Alignment: Partner closely with operations, customer support, compliance, and onboarding teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful provider implementations. Utilize AI-enabled collaboration and workflow tools to improve communication efficiency, accelerate issue resolution, and support scalable execution while ensuring customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities remain consistently aligned across functions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Execute all sales activities in accordance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements governing 503A and 503B pharmaceutical operations. Apply AI-supported compliance monitoring and documentation tools to improve process accuracy, strengthen risk awareness, and support consistent adherence to operational protocols while protecting organizational integrity and maintaining customer trust.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Contribute market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights that inform territory planning, commercial strategy, and business development priorities. Leverage AI-driven analytics and reporting capabilities to identify emerging trends, evaluate market dynamics, and support cross-functional decision-making while strengthening organizational agility, commercial responsiveness, and long-term growth execution within rapidly evolving healthcare markets.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong consultative sales, territory management, and relationship-building capabilities with demonstrated ability to influence healthcare providers, communicate complex solutions effectively, and drive measurable commercial outcomes within highly regulated, customer-focused business environments.
  • Advanced proficiency using CRM platforms, pipeline management systems, forecasting tools, and AI-enabled sales technologies to improve targeting precision, accelerate decision-making, and optimize commercial execution across geographically distributed territories.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer data, competitive intelligence, and operational performance metrics to support strategic territory planning, opportunity prioritization, and scalable revenue growth initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and execution discipline with the ability to operate effectively within fast-paced hyper-growth environments requiring learning agility, adaptability, accountability, and high-performance decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience within consultative field sales or account management environments considered.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in outside sales, field account management, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or other territory-based commercial roles with demonstrated achievement against revenue and growth objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, build executive-level customer relationships, execute territory growth strategies, and consistently exceed performance expectations within dynamic, metrics-driven business environments.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, forecasting technologies, and AI-enabled commercial tools to manage pipeline activity, improve execution quality, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Sales Executive, Strategic Account Management Certification, or equivalent credentials demonstrating expertise in consultative selling, enterprise account development, or commercial relationship management.
