Empower Applicant SMS Consent
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) generally requires businesses to obtain express consent before contacting individuals on their mobile phones. By consenting, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Empower Clinic Services, L.L.C. d/b/a Empower Pharmacy ("we," "us," "our," or “Empower”) at the phone number you provide.
By providing your phone number, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated text messages from Empower using an automated telephone dialing system, in compliance with the TCPA.
For details on how we handle personal information, please review our Privacy Policy and Applicant Privacy Policy.
Section 1. Consent. Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of applying for, being considered for, or obtaining employment with Empower.
