Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at our company, you will play a critical role in driving business success by ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent, aligned with our hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, using AI as a force multiplier to enhance speed, scale, quality, and decision-making. Your strategic thinking and execution rigor will be pivotal in meeting our P80-P90 talent expectations. Leveraging learning agility, you will align recruitment strategies with business objectives, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry standards. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with Empower's values and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment

  • Talent Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives. Utilize AI to enhance recruitment processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing and selecting top-tier candidates. Ensure strategic alignment with regulatory standards and empower team growth through curated talent pipelines.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in talent acquisition. Leverage data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies, ensuring competitive positioning in the market. Utilize AI-powered tools for predictive analytics and strategic decision-making to enhance workforce planning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions. Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Utilize AI to streamline communication and enhance decision-making processes.

Operational Excellence

  • Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment processes by integrating AI-driven technologies to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-hire. Ensure compliance with industry regulations while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks, allowing for a focus on strategic recruitment initiatives. Utilize AI for data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high-quality standards for candidate evaluation and selection. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement. Utilize AI tools to ensure consistency and fairness in the recruitment process, enhancing candidate experience and satisfaction.

Relationship Management

  • Candidate Experience: Design and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize AI-powered platforms to engage candidates effectively, ensuring transparency and timely communication. Foster a candidate-centric approach to recruitment, enhancing brand reputation and attraction.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. Utilize AI to manage vendor relationships and optimize service delivery. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, driving value through effective vendor management.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with industry networks and communities to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent. Continuous Improvement

  • Learning Agility: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the talent acquisition team. Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and best practices, with a focus on AI integration and optimization.

  • Experience in a hyper-growth, regulated environment with a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in strategic recruitment and AI utilization.
  • Proven track record of leading successful recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in talent acquisition within a highly regulated industry.
