Position SummaryThe Senior ERP Project Manager at Empower Pharmacy leads the planning and execution of high-impact enterprise projects that support Empower’s hypergrowth strategy and commitment to quality, innovation, service, and people. This role ensures enterprise initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while driving operational excellence, scalability, and adoption. Partnering across business units and with external vendors, the Senior ERP Project Manager leverages proven project management methodologies, structured change management practices, and AI-enabled tools to anticipate risks, streamline workflows, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. By setting project standards, mentoring teams, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements, this leader advances Empower’s mission of expanding access to affordable, quality medications while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities- Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP and enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with Empower’s growth strategy, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Develops and manages detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and vendor/partner deliverables.
- Partners with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes while driving structured change management and adoption.
- Implements and enforces project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the PMO to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Leverages AI-enabled project management and portfolio tools to track performance, anticipate risks, and provide predictive insights that support better decision-making and portfolio prioritization.
- Mentors and coaches project managers and team members to strengthen organizational capability, build project leadership pipelines, and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
- Oversees portfolio management, prioritizing projects based on strategic value, KPIs, and enterprise impact, while allocating resources effectively and managing vendor partnerships to ensure accountability.
- Conducts post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, embed continuous improvement, and inform future project strategies and enterprise delivery practices.

Knowledge and Skills- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-scale projects and portfolios, including system implementations, process design, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional business transformation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules and processes, including finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, and CRM, with proven ability to integrate technology solutions with business needs; demonstrated expertise in project management frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Six Sigma, and proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, and Workotter.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, drive collaboration, and deliver results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, high-growth environment.

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience with at least 5 years leading ERP or enterprise application implementations, including vendor oversight and adoption strategies.
- Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP); Program Management Professional (PgMP); Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP); Certified ScrumMaster (CSM); Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
