Position Summary

This role is instrumental in transforming how Empower identifies, evaluates, and attracts world-class talent through data-driven insights. As a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, you will uncover trends, predict outcomes, and inform high-stakes decisions to hire talent that accelerates our mission to bring quality, affordable medication to 300 million people. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops from the ground up and maintains dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools that enable real-time visibility into hiring trends, funnel performance, and workforce analytics.
  • Partners closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, workforce planning, headcount forecasting and reporting out performance metrics to hiring leaders.
  • Designs and implements data models to identify bottlenecks in recruiting processes and uncover actionable insights that optimize candidate experience and recruiter productivity.
  • Leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks, identify high-potential candidates, and surface predictive insights that drive hiring outcomes.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Human Resources, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure alignment between talent data, business objectives, and headcount planning.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for turning complex datasets into compelling narratives and business recommendations.
  • Proficient in using reporting features in Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management Systems, Excel, and tools like Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) or Tableau, with experience leveraging AI-driven platforms for recruiting analytics and forecasting.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analytics, with a strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, human resources, or a related quantitative field preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include: People Analytics Certificate; Certified Analytics Professional (CAP); Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Talent Acquisition Strategist (TAS).
