Position Summary

The Intake System Analyst plays a mission-critical role in ensuring provider data integrity, onboarding efficiency, and operational excellence across Empower Pharmacy’s growing healthcare ecosystem. This role helps empower providers and internal teams by optimizing intake processes and digital configurations that directly impact patient access to high-quality, affordable compounded medications. It is a role that blends data accuracy, systems thinking, and collaborative communication in service of our goal to help people live healthier, happier lives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages the accurate setup and configuration of provider accounts across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency and alignment with internal workflows.
  • Leads cross-functional intake operations projects that streamline mass provider updates, portal back-end validations, and integration with platforms such as Salesforce and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Supports intake escalations by investigating and resolving issues related to duplicate accounts, provider hierarchy, pricing accuracy, and office-use settings.
  • Collaborates daily with Sales, Account Management, Information Technology (IT), and Customer Service teams to maintain account access, resolve technical discrepancies, and implement system enhancements.
  • Champions audit readiness and compliance by validating provider credentials, supporting data cleansing efforts, and driving improvements in provider verification and onboarding processes.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, and a strong understanding of intake workflows, portals, and Electronic Medical Records.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, information systems, or administrative support within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Requires a high school diploma or General Education Diploma; a bachelor's degree in communications, IT, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • IT systems administration, data analysis, or CRM platform certifications preferred.
