Position SummaryThe Contracts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across Empower Pharmacy’s supply chain. By managing vendor and supplier contracts with precision and speed, this position ensures seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and legal teams, allowing for timely procurement, strategic vendor management, and risk mitigation. Duties and Responsibilities- Oversees the full lifecycle of supply chain-related contracts by drafting, tracking, maintaining, and ensuring the accurate entry of agreements into the company’s contract management system (e.g., LawVu), while maintaining clear audit trails and up-to-date documentation.
- Establishes strong, collaborative partnerships with legal, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to accelerate contract approvals, ensure alignment on business terms, and streamline the handoff process between contract champions and internal counsel.
- Facilitates proactive resolution of contract-related issues by managing communications between legal and external vendors, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring contractual obligations are clearly documented and adhered to.
- Monitors contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and compliance triggers; prepares insightful, timely reports that mitigate operational risk and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinates and administratively leads supply chain projects, including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, while identifying project risks and driving resolutions to keep deliverables on time and aligned with business objectives.

Knowledge and Skills- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trust across departments and work effectively with legal counsel and supply chain teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience using contract management platforms (such as LawVu), supply chain systems (such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365), and legal databases.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract coordination, contract administration, or related functions in supply chain, procurement, or logistics required; experience in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
- High School diploma required; a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager – CCCM) is strongly preferred.
