Position SummaryAt Empower Pharmacy, the Data Entry Process Analyst plays a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality and compliance. This position is instrumental in developing and implementing robust quality assurance frameworks that ensure our products meet the highest standards, thereby directly contributing to our mission of expanding access to quality, affordable medications. By leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence, the Data Entry Process Analyst ensures that our operations not only comply with regulatory requirements but also enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develops and enforces comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accreditation standards while ensuring all processes align with the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Conducts regular audits, assessments, and process evaluations to maintain stringent quality control by identifying trends, mitigating risks, and implementing proactive measures to enhance operational reliability.
- Identifies gaps in workflows and implements corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency by collaborating with stakeholders to standardize processes, improve operational consistency, and drive cross-functional alignment in quality initiatives.
- Provides training and guidance to employees on quality standards and compliance requirements while developing and updating documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and training materials to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations and internal benchmarks.
- Works closely with leadership and department heads to align quality initiatives with business objectives by acting as a liaison between teams to facilitate communication and standardization of best practices and leading quality improvement projects that enhance overall performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, audit methodologies, regulatory requirements, and proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process management, within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) are required; Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.
