Position SummaryTechnology solutions are the backbone of operational excellence and business transformation, and at Empower, Technical Product Management is responsible for delivering Information Technology (IT)-driven solutions that optimize processes, increase efficiency, and solve complex business challenges. The Vice President, Technical Product Management will lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration of artificial intelligence (AI)-driven automation, business intelligence, and digital transformation across all functions.
This leader will oversee end-to-end IT solution strategy, from identifying business needs to selecting, implementing, and optimizing technology platforms that drive operational success. Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business-driven IT solutions strategy, ensuring technology investments align with corporate objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Oversee enterprise IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and AI-powered analytics platforms, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and optimization.
- Leverage AI-driven business intelligence, machine learning, and process automation to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance decision-making.
- Lead IT product lifecycle management, from technology selection and implementation to continuous optimization and innovation.
- Ensure cloud-based IT infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and data integrity, deploying AI-driven risk management and system monitoring for enhanced security and performance.
- Drive business process reengineering and digital transformation, ensuring IT solutions enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational agility.
- Deploy AI-powered automation, robotic process automation, and workflow digitization to improve enterprise-wide efficiency.
- Enhance IT service management with predictive analytics and AI-driven automation, ensuring seamless system performance, minimal downtime, and proactive IT support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and commercial teams to deliver IT solutions that solve real business problems and enhance user experience.
- Build and lead a high-performance IT product management team, fostering innovation and accountability while advising executives on future-proof, cost-effective technology solutions aligned with Empower’s vision.

- Minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience in IT product management, enterprise IT solutions, or business technology strategy, with a proven track record of implementing enterprise-wide IT solutions in complex organizations.
- Requires a Master’s degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or a related field, with strong preference for candidates with expertise in AI-driven automation, cloud-based IT solutions, and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
- Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) preferred; ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Master Certification strongly preferred; Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
