• Maintains calibration schedules to meet current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
• Develops and updates calibration methods, Standard Operating Procedures, and work instructions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates internal and external calibration activities, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance. 
• Reviews and audits calibration records in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Resolves non-conformance issues, performs troubleshooting, and ensures uninterrupted operations.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

• Must meet sterile gowning qualifications, assess operations, perform calculations, solve complex problems, and follow standard procedures.
• Requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, multitasking ability under pressure, and expertise in mathematics, including algebra, geometry, and statistics.

• Requires at least 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with preferred experience in General Calibration and Maintenance Schools, Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment, or Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Associate degree from college or technical school required.
• American Society of Quality Certified Calibration Technician preferred.
