Position SummaryAs an Operations Project Manager at Empower Pharmacy, you will be at the forefront of driving critical initiatives that ensure the seamless delivery of innovative medications, directly contributing to our mission of helping people live healthier, happier lives. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and collaborate with visionary leaders in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Leads cross-functional project teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact initiatives within the compounding pharmaceutical organization, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.
- Develops comprehensive project plans that encompass detailed timelines, precise budgets, resource allocation, and clearly defined deliverables, driving operational efficiency and fostering accountability at every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborates extensively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless communication, resolve challenges, and ensure all project activities align with the organization’s mission and quality standards.
- Manages a rigorous risk assessment framework to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential obstacles, ensuring project continuity, timely delivery, and the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Ensures the highest standards of compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and quality protocols, maintaining meticulous documentation and supporting internal and external audits to uphold the organization’s reputation for excellence.

Knowledge and Skills- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive organizational success.
- Possesses advanced technical skills in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with regulatory compliance systems, with demonstrated experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.
