Position SummaryThe Vice President of Account Management plays a critical role in shaping Empower’s mission to transform lives through innovative, accessible, and high-quality medications. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this role leads the strategic vision for account management, fostering enduring partnerships, optimizing service delivery, and driving growth across 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities. By championing collaboration, innovation, and client success, this position ensures Empower’s leadership in redefining pharmaceutical care and creating meaningful value for patients and providers.
Duties and Responsibilities- Drives the development and execution of strategic account management initiatives to strengthen client relationships and achieve growth across 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities.
- Analyzes key performance indicators, market trends, and client feedback to drive data-informed decisions. Leverages insights to refine strategies, improve service delivery, and identify untapped opportunities for business expansion.
- Leads and mentors a high-performing account management team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation to exceed organizational goals.
- Cultivates and maintains long-term partnerships with key healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborates with cross-functional leadership, including sales, operations, and product development, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions that elevate Empower’s impact on the healthcare industry.

- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management platforms such as Salesforce, advanced data analysis tools, and an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks governing 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in account management, client relations, or customer success within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other related field required with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role overseeing strategic growth and client engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
