Position SummaryThe Marketing Campaigns Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with revenue objectives. This position collaborates across teams to integrate campaigns across Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Business-to-Consumer (B2B2C), and Direct-toConsumer (DTC) channels, leveraging data insights to optimize performance. By managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively, the manager fosters a culture of creativity and innovation, supporting Empower’s mission to expand access to affordable, life-enhancing medications.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develops and executes campaign strategies aligned with revenue goals and organizational objectives.
- Leads planning, implementation, and optimization of campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborates across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels to maximize market impact.
- Leverages data insights to optimize campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manages messaging, creative assets, budgets, and timelines to ensure effective, on-time campaign delivery.
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Knowledge and Skills- Proven success in planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
- Skilled in marketing automation platforms, Customer Relationship Management systems, and analytics tools, with strong leadership abilities to mentor teams, foster collaboration, and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement and strategic results.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial marketing, with a focus on revenue generation and campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
