What was your career path like before joining the team, and what made you want to join Empower?
Before joining Empower, I worked as an HR Assistant at a property management company.
While I appreciated the experience, I was eager to find an opportunity that would allow me to fully apply the skills, education, and knowledge I possess. After learning about Empower and interviewing for my position, I knew it was the right fit for my career growth.
Since then, I’ve never looked back and have been grateful for the opportunity to grow with the company.
What’s something about your job that most people wouldn’t expect?
One thing I truly appreciate about my role is how interconnected it is with the rest of the HR team.
I’m grateful to be part of such an incredible group of people. While much of our work happens behind the scenes, every team member is driven by a shared commitment to excellence and works tirelessly to ensure the best outcomes for all employees.
What’s the most impactful thing you’ve learned in your time with Empower?
The most impactful thing I have learned is how much employees are driven by Empower’s mission.
What is your favorite part about working at Empower Pharmacy?
The work environment at Empower is one of the most positive and supportive I have ever experienced.
What does patient care mean to you, and how do you contribute to that mission?
Patient care means delivering the highest level of service to all customers, whether internal or external. I contribute to this mission by helping individuals begin their careers with Empower and become part of our shared vision.
What are you looking forward to in your future at Empower Pharmacy?
I’m excited about the growth Empower will experience and the opportunity to be a part of shaping the company into its best version.
